Terms of Service

By accessing this website or booking services with Mind Magic Hypnosis, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions, as applicable under governing law. This website and services are intended for use within the United States, though Mind Magic Hypnosis is happy to and does serve international clients. If you access this site from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

1. Credentials & Professional Background

Jacqui Blue is a Clinical Hypnotherapist who completed in-person professional training through the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI) in 2017. Her education included 1,000 supervised pro bono clinical hours under the guidance of a mentor prior to entering private practice. Jacqui graduated with honors and received the HMI Academic Achievement Award.

While professionally trained and certified, hypnotherapists are not licensed medical or mental health providers. Hypnotherapy is a complementary, holistic modality that supports but does not replace the care provided by licensed physicians, psychologists, or psychiatrists.

2. Scope of Practice

Mind Magic Hypnosis provides services within the legally defined limits of vocational and avocational self-improvement counseling.

Hypnotherapy is designed to support personal growth, behavioral change, emotional resilience, and mental wellness through subconscious reprogramming.
It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition or mental health disorder.
Hypnotherapists are not licensed psychologists, therapists, counselors, or medical doctors.
Hypnotherapy does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by licensed healthcare professionals.
Clients with diagnosed mental health conditions or medical issues must consult a licensed provider and obtain written clearance or referral prior to engaging in hypnotherapy services.

Legal Reference:
California Business and Professions Code Section 2908 allows for the practice of hypnotherapy without a psychology license, provided services are delivered in the context of vocational, avocational, or self-improvement purposes.

3. Client Responsibility & Liability Disclaimer

By booking services or using the website, Clients agree to the following:

All participation in hypnotherapy or support groups is voluntary and undertaken at the Client’s own risk.
Mind Magic Hypnosis and Jacqui Blue make no guarantees regarding specific results.
The Client is solely responsible for their choices, actions, and outcomes during or after services.
Mind Magic Hypnosis and Jacqui Blue are not liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or adverse consequences arising from the use of services or website content.
All liability is expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Service Format

All sessions are conducted online via Zoom. The only in-person sessions currently offered are Past Life Regression sessions available by appointment through The Crooked Path in Burbank, California.

5. Client Expectations

For best results, the Client agrees to:

Show up promptly and fully participate in all scheduled sessions.
Engage actively in the hypnotherapy process, both during and between sessions.
Complete all recommended assignments such as journaling, listening to MP3s, and practicing mental or behavioral exercises.
Understand that results depend on consistency, effort, and repetition.

6. Fees, Refunds & Rescheduling

Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Refund Policy: All sales are final. This includes MP3s, books, and any other product (digital or hardcopy) from our website shop, in addition to our services. Refunds are only provided if a session is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Clients canceling within 24 hours or failing to attend will forfeit the session fee.
Rescheduling: Missed sessions may be rescheduled at the provider’s discretion if notice is given within 24 hours of the missed appointment.
Sliding Scale: A maximum of three (3) sessions may be offered on a sliding scale per client, based on financial need.

7. Support Groups Policy

Mind Magic Hypnosis will offer free, peer-to-peer support groups facilitated via Zoom by Jacqui Blue, Clinical Hypnotherapist. These groups provide a safe space for emotional and mental wellness support.

Support Group Guidelines:

Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
What is shared in the group stays in the group. Anonymity is expected and respected.
Hate speech, slurs, bullying, discrimination, or harassment of any kind will result in immediate removal and permanent ban from all services and groups.
Participants must conduct themselves with kindness, empathy, and respect.
These groups are not therapy or a substitute for mental health treatment. They are for peer-to-peer support and community connection only.

These groups are not HIPAA-compliant environments and participants should avoid disclosing private medical information.

8. Product Sales & Intellectual Property

Digital and Physical Product Sales:
All sales are final. This applies to all products, including but not limited to audio recordings, MP3s, guided hypnosis tracks, digital downloads, eBooks, journals, printed books, hard copy materials, and any other goods or content offered now or in the future. Due to the nature of digital content and intellectual property, no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be issued for any purchases made through the website store at www.mindmagichypnosis.com/shop

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this policy in full.

Ownership & Usage Rights:

All products and materials sold, distributed, or accessed through the Mind Magic Hypnosis website are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Jacqui Blue. This includes all digital content, such as MP3s, audio files, PDFs, and any downloadable media. It also includes physical products, such as printed books, workbooks, journals, or any other tangible item offered for sale or provided as part of any service. All materials are protected under United States copyright law and international intellectual property laws. By purchasing or accessing any product, the buyer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for personal use only. This license does not permit any form of reproduction, copying, redistribution, editing, resale, or public sharing of the material.

Products may not be uploaded to websites, social media, file-sharing platforms, or any other digital or physical distribution channel.

Purchases made as gifts are permitted, but the product must only be used by the individual for whom it was intended. Any redistribution, resale, or unauthorized public display or posting of Mind Magic Hypnosis content, whether on websites, social media platforms, streaming services, file-sharing sites, or otherwise is strictly prohibited and subject to legal enforcement.

Legal Enforcement:

Violations will be enforced under applicable law and may result in legal action, including but not limited to cease and desist orders, DMCA takedown requests, financial claims for damages, and injunctive relief.

9. Arbitration Agreement

In the event of a dispute, both Client and provider agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration in California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration is the exclusive remedy in lieu of any court trial or class action.

10. Website Usage Terms

By using this website, you agree not to:

Services are not available to individuals under 18 years old without prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
